First we need to take some chicken. Doesn't matter which part. Whatever, what you have in your fridge.
Cook it just in the water, with 2 onions, so you will remove the bad smell of this meat.
Leave it cooked in the water until becomes colder.
Now time for green part ;)
In Algeria, the most popular is dry one (u can buy dry leaves) but in Europe we had to find other way and use frozen one. Ofcourse if you will find dry one in any halal shop, that's much better.
So let's focus on frozen.
First fry onion with garlic (lot of garlic) on some oil.
If you like your chicken to be a bit crispy, add it now and fry together. Then add molokhia, let it boil a bit. (if you like soft chicken, add molokhia first then meat).
Add some more garlic for taste put a bit water from cooking chicken, add corriander, salt pepper, you can also add some vinegar and cumin if you like.
Algerian eat it with khobez (bread), as everything :D
Here you can see it with rice. Whatever you like, it's completely your choice.
Bon appetit! :)
